I design clarity inside complexity.

Senior Product Designer with 8+ years in enterprise and B2B SaaS. I take tangled workflows (payroll service calls, supply-chain planning, private-banking platforms) and turn them into products people can trust under pressure.

(01)Selected work

Four products where the hard part was the system, not the screen.

Payroll service calls, supply-chain crises, a fragmented private bank and a platform that wasn't a portal. Each case study says what I owned, what I traded off, and who measured the result.

01ADP · Small Business Services · Salesforce Service Cloud

ADP Guided Flows

One pattern for every guided flow. Calls 47% shorter on the first two flows measured.

Problem
About 20 guided flows, each built differently, with no script and warnings in random places. Associates juggled 4–5 tabs per call.
My role
Proposed and led the framework as sole designer. Designed four of the five new flows and mentored a second designer on the fifth.
Outcome
↓47% average handle time and errors 33% → ~14% on the two flows measured, as tracked by ADP SBS operations.

02Shell · IBM iX · Power BI on Azure

Shell S&OP Right

The problem was never the data. It was visibility.

Problem
When something broke upstream, nobody could quickly see what it touched downstream. Tracing a disruption meant phone calls, emails, Excel trackers and desktop apps that didn't talk to each other.
My role
Sole designer, end to end, embedded in a cross-functional team. Worked directly with the Product Owner.
Outcome
$1.34M business value and 3,000+ hours saved a year, as reported by Shell's business team. EMEA SVP Award of Choice.

03IBM iX · Swiss private bank · PrimeVue

Swiss private bank design system

Ten products, one bank.

Problem
10+ legacy products, each with its own UI, navigation and design language, and no global navigation tying them together.
My role
Senior product designer and system lead, leading one junior designer, with a design manager running onsite workshops.
Outcome
PrimeVue chosen, with a branded token theme, 5–10 foundational components, a global-navigation standard and a governance model.

04InfoTrax Systems · ValueLabs · 0→1 platform

FlexCloud

The brief said developer portal.

Problem
InfoTrax runs back-end operations for direct-sales enterprises on a customised legacy stack. FlexCloud was the bet on one SaaS platform, with every service as a subscription API.
My role
UX and product design: IA, foundation design, flows, UI, visual design and the design system. One of two lead designers, alongside a UX researcher.
Outcome
A five-level scope hierarchy, validated workflows, foundation layouts, prototypes and an accessible design system for Phase I.

(02) Form / Function / Feeling

A mind built for systems. An eye trained for details. A curiosity that never sits still.

(03)How I work

Principles, each one earned on a project.

  1. 01

    Systems before screens

Mapping use cases across ADP's older guided flows exposed the same problems everywhere. I proposed a shared framework instead of building five more look-alike flows.

From the case study: ADP Guided Flows
  2. 02

    Guidance over memory

Knowledge Bites puts a 3–4 bullet summary and a link to the full article inside the flow, so associates stop searching for it mid-call.

From the case study: ADP Guided Flows
  3. 03

Design inside the constraint, on purpose

Power BI couldn't reproduce Shell's design system. I explored alternatives, then designed deliberately for what the tool could do. It shipped.

From the case study: Shell S&OP Right
  4. 04

    Evidence before components

Before anyone picked a design system for a Swiss private bank, I audited every product against Nielsen's heuristics and WCAG. The decision came from evidence, not taste.

From the case study: Swiss private bank
  5. 05

    Resolve the hierarchy first

FlexCloud's brief said developer portal. Thirteen interviews later, five levels of scope had to be settled before a single wireframe.

(04) Beyond the interface

Other frequencies.

Work outside the enterprise grid. The concepts below are academic or competition projects, not shipped client work.

Music production

Rudraz Music

I compose and produce music independently as Rudraz Music. It's the same loop as product work: an idea, many iterations, and the discipline to call something finished.

(05) About

Enterprise products where people decide under pressure, and the system behind the screen matters more than the screen.

My work sits where users decide under time pressure, work through a complicated process, or handle exceptions. I look at the whole system: user goals, information architecture, business rules, operational reality and technical limits. Then I design patterns that scale instead of one-off screens.

I mentor designers on ADPList, and I've taught and reviewed work in design schools, including sitting on juries for product and industrial design students.

(06) Contact

Bring me the workflow nobody wants to untangle.

I'm interested in conversations about senior, lead and principal product design work on complex products, design systems and enterprise platforms, and in mentoring designers.
